The ​insightVew product is a server monitoring and inventory auto-discovery solution for cloud/idc server administrators. It can monitor and manage Linux/Unix and Windows servers. Various functions required for server monitoring are available, and it supports automatic discovery is H/W and S/W inventory scanning. Just install the agent and you can monitor your servers with a web browser.

DELEGATE AUTHORITY

Account Group

You can delegate authority for management. Classify and manage the target customers or departments into account groups.
Administrator create account group and assign to the manager. The manager will have all authority of the account group. Of course the manger create user and assign server in the account group. All configuration and management settings are applied in the his account group only.

DOCKER/PODMAN CONTAINER

Container

You can monitor the server OS resources and the docker container resources together.
The docker container monitors container resources through the docker engine.

TASK CONFIGURE

Monitoring Task

​Each monitoring is managed by a task. The default OS-specific tasks are applied in common. This is why monitoring is performed immediately after installation. For each server, you can set individual usage and monitoring cycles for each task. The settings will be overwritten on that server.

PROCESS DEEP CHECK

Top Process

​You can perform detailed monitoring of each process units. When a server load event occurs, the event message includes a list of top processes.
And you will see a list of CPU/Memory top-level processes and the entire process. Also provides CPU/Memory usage(%) trends for critical processes.

AUTO DISCOVERY

Inventory

​It supports to easily check the list of IT infrastructure resources through Auto Discovery of H/W and S/W resources for Linux/Unix and Windows servers.
​The S/W catalog management function is provided so that the list of S/W installed on the server can be efficiently identified through S/W catalog-based scanning.

USAGE & CONNECTION MAP

Status Map

​Various status maps are provided to check an immediate view of the connection between the entire managed server and port and the current usage of the process.
You can check the status of the entire managed server-to-server connection, and you can check whether a particular server has an excessive connection. And you can check the connection between the ports of the entire managed server.
For server performance check, the overall managed server and CPU/Memory usage top process maps provide immediate visibility into server and process load.

VARIOUS NOTIFICATION METHODS

Notification

All events that occur on managed servers can be configured to notify each user in various ways by account group. In the event of a server failure within an Account Group, the Administrator and the corresponding Account Group Manager/User are notified of the event message.
You can configure email, slack, telegram to notify event messages.

INTEGRATE WITH 3’RD PRODUCT

Dashboard

​You can set up the database and use it with third-party products such as dashboards, legacy, and more.
First, set to store data on external RDBMS (MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) for use with 3’rd product.
And then, ​configure the dashboard screen, etc. based on the associated data.
